During this period, André Mende worked as a technical employee in the EMC environment working group in the field of active magnetic field compensation systems, providing technical support, further development, production, customer support and the installation and commissioning of the system at the customer’s premises in Germany and abroad for electron microscopes, mask recorders and magnetic resonance tomographs.

Due to the intensive work in the field of active compensation of interfering magnetic fields and the many years of practical experience with the electromagnetic effects on electron beam devices, the innovative and powerful active magnetic field compensation system MFC was developed in the past years between 2017 and 2022. Among other things, the needs and wishes of customers and their microscope users were taken into account in the development of the MFC.
